Rob was the agent for the home we recently purchased. He went above and beyond during our dealings with him. Prior to settlement he happily went and unlocked more than a couple of times for the purpose of quotes by trades etc. If he was unavailable at any time when we tried to contact him, he always returned our calls in a timely manner.
