From beginning to end, Rob was very helpful and attentive. I was originally alerted about the property via the B4 Real Estate App. Rob contacted me the very next day and described the property exactly as it is, he was honest about everything and even messaged me once the property was live on real estate.com. After attending the first open house inspection, Rob checked in with us to see if he could answer any questions. Once our offer was accepted a few days later, everything was so easy. From the initial contact with Rob when he provided a market appraisal, he performed exactly as promised. He was never "pushy" and at all times kept us fully advised of the status of the sale once we had engaged him to handle the sale on our behalf. Rob helped us sell our house which had some difficult retaining wall issues and tough back yard. The initial price quoted was quite different to what was achieved, however the final amount was satisfactory to our needs. Rob is a good agent, experienced and willing to go the extra mile for client and prospective buyer. Rob and ourselves experienced 4 contracts before sale so it was a difficult period for both parties. Rob remained positive and calm throughout and we eventually finalized.
