I think I got super lucky & stars must've aligned for me to get Rob as the agent selling me my very first home! He goes above & beyond at every step - from arranging an extra inspection, giving advice on what to look out for, explaining every detail of the contract & buying process, providing excellent & timely communication, working with all parties to ensure all make their achievements, updating you after each step, providing great (and good priced) inspectors, working late & around your schedule to get final inspection done, to ensuring settlement runs smoothly, going extra step when keys being handed over and even providing advice & contacts to assist even after sale is done. I cant thank him enough for everything he did for me in the purchase of my new home. He's communication skills, wealth of knowledge & advice (on both house and non-house topics) are second to none. Anyone would be lucky to have such a friebdly awesome real estate agent! 👍😎
