Robert was always available to answer questions that we had in relation to the house we were purchasing and would answer his phone even on his days off. On the day we moved in my boat got stuck in some mud and Robert used his own 4 wheel drive to assist. On moving in we found there were no instruction booklets for the appliances and Rob was able to contact the previous owners, locate the manuals and deliver them to us.
