Rob Heaslip and his team were very professional and have continued to be helpful since our purchase. Rob has gone out of his way to help us with advice and follow up contacts who could help with some of the maintenance issues required with house purchases eg names of recommended plumbers, roofing, pest control etc .
Right from the beginning Rob and Ben [father and son team] told me exactly how the sale would go, with no false claims or having your hopes raised to expect a result that clearly would not happen. The sale went precisely the way they said it would. It sold in just on 4 months in a area not moving that well. Both Rob and Ben were courteous and very professional. Regular opens were planned and plenty of notice given to me prior to each open. A first class review was placed on the internet and I was always kept up to date with written reports and phone calls. Every phone call I made was immediately followed up as soon as either was free, if they were unable to take the call. Both Rob and Ben work well together, I highly recommend them. Overall it was an easy exercise to sell my house. As it was the first time I had sold a house Rob's knowledge both of the area and the paperwork needed was essential for me. He accepted that I wasn't prepared to make radical improvements given lack of finances. I would recommend South Coast Real Estate to others if the opportunity arose.
Rob and Ben were excellent communicators and let us know every step of the way what was happening and helped us to decide how to improve the house for market initially. We had a couple hurdles along the way but they were prepared with a backup plan should we need it. We were very lucky to get a contract on our house quickly but Ben and Rob set us up for the best chance of selling with our marketing package. I would absolutely recommend them as agents.
