I would say Mr Horder showed a lot patience with me as a potential purchaser. He showed me multiple properties only to have me back out of an offer due to insecure buyer's remorse about aspects of the property of interest. When after a hiatus of more than 6 months I returned to the market as a buyer he made me as welcome as a new potential purchaser

A few details of the sale could have been better organised but I'm sure some were situational. It would have been nice to see all vacant properties left in the expected state of others.
