We had a number of local agents do a pre-sale appraisal on our property. The others gave very low-ball prices that did not consider the property's unique offerings Rob, however, gave us an estimated sale price well above the others, taking into account the property characteristics and knowledge of buyer demand and budget. Shinae was the agent selling a family member of hers house. I purchased it. She couldn't maintain professionalism whilst dealing with this sale and i was reduced to tears on several occasions. Rob Horder took over the dealings a week before settlement. Agents showed no regard for the purchaser. Resulted in property being handed over to purchaser with cleanliness and disgusting hygeine issues- that even their own property manager said was inexcusable, and had it been a tenant they wouldnt have gotten their bond back. This was vendor occupied. As there was no hygiene clause in contract i was forced to settle. Agent took no responsibility in their lack of duty of care. Purchaser spending in excess of half a million dollars have the expectation of a clean and tidy home to walk into. This expectation was not met- and agent didnt care about anything but the sale and their commission. Ive taken this to state PRD management to enforce policies and procedures to prevent this happening to anothe purchaser.
