We had a number of local agents do a pre-sale appraisal on our property. The others gave very low-ball prices that did not consider the property's unique offerings Rob, however, gave us an estimated sale price well above the others, taking into account the property characteristics and knowledge of buyer demand and budget. Lismore floods, war in Ukraine, and skyrocketing interest rates didn't stop us from selling for exactly the price Rob said we'd get. Thanks Rob & team - much appreciated.
