When we arrived in Kyogle for the first time to take a look around, Rob was the first agent we spoke to. We instantly felt welcome and at ease as we explained what we were looking for. Rob listened carefully and gave us an address of a property he thought we should take a look at. His communication was excellent and after we drove past and said we were interested, he organised a private inspection straight away. We never looked at another property as Rob had delivered on everything we were looking for, including our budget.
