didn't get a full inspection of house hold. damages where hidden or areas where blocked off, or rooms where dark. rushed me to sign contract. and even more.. end of the day that's not how I conduct buisness or how I ever would.. I'm still happy with my purchase but I would have got a price reduction or bought another propity. as a first homebuyer it was a learning process for my self but least I know what to look out for next time..
