Craig and Rob put in a lot of hard work into selling our property at Loganlea, and were able to achieve a sale price that exceeded our expectations. Because of the zoning on our property, it was a little more difficult to sell and we had tried a few other agents but they were unable to achieve the brilliant sale price that Craig and Rob were able to. They were able to sell our place for about $160,000 more than what we would have sold it for without the zoning. I cannot recommend Craig and Rob enough to anyone to sell their property, especially if you have a rezoned property with a development potential in Logan.
