In all my dealings with Robert, I found Robert to be a very professional agent, very responsive and focussed on achieving a good sales outcome. Robert went out of his way to keep us as a buyer engaged in the process and ensured we were fully apprised of the situation throughout and provided us with sound and credible information about the particular property and the market as a whole. Once we were in the negotiating phase Robert acted with complete professionalism and integrity and was very responsive to ensure the Seller was informed of our position and assisted in bringing negotiations to a positive and timely outcome. Once we exchanged contracts, Robert remained in contact through the Settlenent period, assisted with having some vendor repair items addressed and was very helpful with final inspection prior to settlement. Robert and his team also assisted in locating a tenant for us during that period, so we were able to sign up to a tenancy agreement with a good tenant which commenced the day after Settlement so we had no down time whatsoever.
