We had not had a great experience with our previous Agent ; we had a knock on the door and there was Rob Matheson, he had been delivering Di Jones flyers to mail boxes,apologising for his jogging gear which did not bother us in the slightest. Rob told us our sign had been stolen (Best conversation starter ever!). We loved his initiative,sense of humour and the fact he does the hard yards even delivering his own Di Jones Flyers. He knew the neighbourhood well as on his runs/walks he gets to know the Residents and who is having a working bee and is not afraid to ask! Rob works hard, answers emails almost immediately,is easily available on the phone and seems to work all hours. He is down to earth, will tell you how it is (without the B.S). Rob will work as hard as he can to get the best price for you. I know Agents often get a bad rap but Rob is a good one .He put all our Family at ease (5 Humans and Lots of Pets), was in the house whilst inspections were on and nothing seemed to phase him (believe me we tried!). Rob has great Real Estate knowledge, we had not sold a property for 28 years and were surprised how much had changed and very nervous definitely no need to be we were in great hands. Rob makes it look calm waters and easy when we knew he was working away, lots of callbacks (How do we know well our Niece went to look at another property closeby and got lots of followup calls). Highly Recommend Mr Rob Matheson you could not be in better hands. A+++
