From my first meeting with Rob I found him to be very open and honest and wanting what was best for me, he had no doubts in getting a good price for my house, the house went on the market on Monday, first open house on the Saturday, he rang not long after and discussed the offers that had been made and what I wanted to do, Rob contacted the interested buyers again over the weekend, rang me again to keep me informed, made a few more calls and let me make the decision on who brought the house, I sold for $475000, $15000 over what my first offer was, I can’t thank Rob enough for everything he did to help with the sale of my house.
