Persistence is the Key!

At first we were a little worried in which the ‘spreed of the market’ was moving in the area at the time… but Rob from Chalk property assured us the property was priced right & that we should ‘hang in there’ as he knew the ‘right buyer’ would come along … & that’s exactly what happened !! We were so lucky to have Rob who was so patient in dealing with tenants & showing up every wknd to do the ‘open homes’ with such willingness to ‘sell’. We were extremely grateful with the final sale price & cannot put it down to the fact that Rob was so good to deal with everyone! Great work Rob! A true agent.
