Both Cath and I got along with Rob straight away. He listened to way we had to say, and offered advise, to help us secure the property. Firstly I would like to say, if it wasn’t for Rob being very pro active and coming to our door in search of property interest my property would not have sold. After two attempts previously by other businesses and a lot of money spent on advertising, etc the No sale No Fees Rob offered was indeed music to my ears. Throughout the sale of my property Rob proceeded to communicate with me the whole way through, keeping me updated on every process. My partner and I really felt that he was working with us and for us. Doing what he could for us and the sale of my property. Rob did a good job with the selling side of things but I feel the initial price suggested for sale was a bit high which possibly chased away a few buyers but in all, time didn`t really matter and he did a reasonable job. Thanks Rob
