I can't imagine how difficult it must be dealing with multiple people with multiple different personalities at the same time, Rob's excellent communication skills saved the day! Personally would've wanted more in-depth information on the house prior to purchase as it possibly would've swayed our decision, however, at the end of the day we love our new home and are excited for all the upcoming renovations.
