I can't imagine how difficult it must be dealing with multiple people with multiple different personalities at the same time, Rob's excellent communication skills saved the day! The process was quite messy and both parties wanted the best outcome for themselves so there was a lot of back and forth which Rob handled very well. Personally would've wanted more in-depth information on the house prior to purchase as it possibly would've swayed our decision, however, at the end of the day we love our new home and are excited for all the upcoming renovations. Found him to be open to suggestions with regards to the preparation and the sale of the property and his estimates of the properties' sale price was realistic proved to be correct on the day of the sale. Given that he had several family members to communicate with he was courteous and cooperative to all requests.
