This is the second time we have used Rob Murphy from the team here in Toowoomba, it is always a seamless and very simple process to buy and sell through Rob!! Nothing is a problem and Rob is more than happy to go above and beyond for his clients. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Rob to others considering selling or buying a property.
Rob is a genuine, trustworthy agent who took the time to talk to us and understand our needs and situation when we were looking to purchase our first home. Throughout the process, Rob kept us up-to-date and quickly responded to all our enquiries. He and and the staff at the agency were a pleasure to deal with and we have no hesitation in recommending his services.
Selling our house with this agency was a very positive experience from our initial meeting, right through until the sale. We were continually amazed by how clear and consistent Rob's communication was back to us as the vendor. We have no doubt that through his experience Rob was able to put together the best campaign for our property. The team's marketing strategy really did show case the full potential of our home, this was proven through the large volume of potential buyers that was generated through the campaign. Rob's experience in the industry, and knowledge of the local market, allowed us to have absolute trust in his ability to achieve the best outcome. The team's obviously has a philosophy of integrity and authenticity when dealing with their clients, this approach meant that we felt consulted and valued through out the whole process and ultimately lead to us having a very positive experience when selling our home. We whole-heartedly, with no hesitation recommend Rob Murphy and the team to anyone looking to sell their property in the Toowoomba and the surrounding region.
Rob and Stacey were extremely easy to deal with, both at inspection times and through the buying process. Friendly and professional, with helpful advice and support. Would definitely consider them as an agent when listing a property in the future.
Rob was excellent throughout the process, honest and thorough.
We have been buyers looking for a long time and Rob always introduced properties to us that he thought might suit and took the time to really understand our requirements. I can’t fault the process of purchasing with the team and Rob - thank you!
We found Rob was friendly, encouraging and very professional. He took us along a journey and always checked in to see if we were ok. He was always punctual. We learned to trust his suggestions and everything went to plan. His assistant Stacey was also very professional and friendly. They are a good team and work very well together.
From the very start, Rob was honest and up front, confident, and clearly knew the Toowoomba market well. He was engaging, a good listener and very responsive. I really enjoyed working with him.
Rob was great! Good communicator, easy to deal with, sold the house. Couldn’t be happier and would certainly recommend him to others.
Rob is a professional, genuine, honest bloke who I would trust again without hesitation if looking to buy or sell.
Quick and organised in finalising a deal and progressing through to settlement.
