I recently purchased an investment property in Point Lonsdale, the selling agent was Rob Nelis from Buxton Real Estate. I had been searching for my first investment property for several months, dealing with several agents in the region, I had placed several offers on multiple units with no avail. I came across a new property in the guide one Saturday morning and decided to pop down to the Peninsula for a little look. Greeted by Rob at the front door, I knew this was the property for my investment, the house was staged very well and had a great ‘feel’ to it. I decided to put an offer there and then, and Rob said that he would speak to the Vendor and get back to me.
