I engaged Rob to sell our investment property over 12 months ago. Due to the the place being tenanted and Covid we were advised by Rob to leave it be until we could sell as vacant possession. Great decision. When the tenant found a new home we moved on selling. Within a week of advertisement Rob had several interested parties. We accepted a great offer of which I was surprised.
