Straight Down The Line
Robs approach is straight down the line! from the first phone call which I found refreshing. He returned every call and answered every e/mail . It all got done very quickly. What you see is what you get. His local knowledge I think was above average. I think the cow skin rug in the Buxton Office might be his too?
