I have recently purchased two properties from Rob Nimmo and found his marketing knowledge to be extremely helpful in the purchasing of the properties. He also kept me informed from the time the contracts of both properties were signed to settlement on any issues that may have occurred and I will be using him for future purchases and sales of properties in my portfolio in the future.

Could not recommend Rob enough. We were first home buyers of a property and had no idea as to how the settlement process would like but he was patient and explained everything in laymans terms. Rob was an active realtor and an excellent middle man for negotiations, as he wanted the best outcome for both sides of the party. Rob sold our property off market and without any fuss at all. He listened, never tried to beat us down on price, our tenants really liked him and he made the whole process so easy, coming up with solutions when we hit a couple of obstacles. Communication was superb, we were never in the dark and knew exactly what was happening at all times. Alongside Emily whose laugh never fails to make my day, they are a highly organised team not only getting the job done but helping us to enjoy the process.
