We bought a house Rob and Alana had listed, as first home buyers - meaning we had no experience with all the nitty gritty details. Previous experience with a different agency had us pretty gun shy after indifference, lack of communication and arrogance but dealing with Rob and Alana was the total opposite to that. There was no smoke and mirrors when it came to making an offer, and once accepted Rob came to us to sign the contract, stepping us through each section with explanations. He was always available during settlement with little questions or check ins if/when needed. Rob may have been working for the vendor, but even at the open home when he didn't know us and had no idea if we would make an offer, he took the time to talk to us about what we were looking for. There was no pressure and no stupid questions. During the settlement he and Alana still made sure he made sure we knew what was happening, why and when. It was the little things that added up all the way to handover when we saw the giant yellow bow on the door, the beautiful sunflowers and gift box (the candle smells amazing!) We would recommend them to anyone buying or selling and know when the time comes to move on from here, they will be the first call we make. Thank you both!

Rob and Alanna are an amazing pair that fit right into our home.. its like we've been friends forever. They sold our house via Auction as they believed it was best suited to the market for our unique house and block. It's hard to put into words just how amazing Rob was to communicate with. Trying to purchase a home in this market was so trying and stressful but Rob is so attentive in every way it really puts you at ease. I am so thankful for all that he has done from start to finish.
