Very attentive

Rob was very warm, friendly, professional and clear on our goals and expectations. He gave us confidence in his ability to meet our needs and worked very transparently with us. The preparation for the home opens was seamless and his support staff very effective in bringing it all together. We felt very well looked after during the whole process. Rob does not put pressure on, he is persuasive and rationale and explanations things clearly. He has a very calming influence on what can be a very stressful situation. We would highly recommend him to others.
