The agent was able to negotiate a long term settlement on the property we purchased which enabled us time to sell our own and ensure we could clear it without default. Despite market average turnover time for this time of the year we were able to sell it in four weeks time. We had a very negative experience with prior agents so approaches this sale with reservations and some anxiety however Rob and Blasi were both extremely professional throughout the entire process. They were also willing to work with a vendor’s agent, which other REAs were not. I found them to be trustworthy and reliable. Communication was good, and Rob provided us with helpful suggestions for improvements to our property and good advice about strategy. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
