A very helpful and flexible agent

Being based in Melbourne and buying this property sight unseen, I relied on Rob to provide me accurate descriptions of items that needed maintenance and he was very willing to do this. He made a couple of trips to the property outside standard inspections to help me, and even did a FaceTime session with me to guide me through the property virtually. He has provided me with details of various trade professionals to engage to help me tidy up a few things, and when I got the official Build & Pest inspection, it didn't really turn up anything that Rob had not already pointed out.
