From the moment we walked into the open house Jade made us feel so relaxed and comfortable. She is polished, refined, friendly and approachable. What was most refreshing was at no point did we feel she had an agenda. Other open house experiences we have had these past few months, have been so unpleasant with Agents constantly trying to find out how deep our pockets were! Some are so crass. Once we decided we'd seriously investigate buying the unit we did our usual deep dive research & shot off questions fast and furiously to which Jade always answered with equal depth of detail and speed. Clearly she worked hard for her Vendor, but all financial discussions and the pre-auction bidding were conveyed with dignity. We successfully bought the unit and our experience with Jade has only added to our pleasure of our purchase.
