We found Robb to be easy to speak with in regard to our concerns about selling our farm. Robb was genuine with his answers which made us feel comfortable in going ahead with the sale. Robb explained how he would market the farm to have appeal to as many diverse buyers as possible, which in turn give us a price we would be happy to accept.
We found Robb Stewart to be very enthusiastic and involved in the marketing of our property at Clothiers Creek.Although he was not the agent that sold the property,Robb had a steady stream of prospective buyers coming through for inspections right up to the time that the new buyers negotiated through another agent. We found Robb to be friendly and easy to get along with.Wish you well Robb.Chris and Kay Hammond.
Rob was very confident and professional, he worked hard for my sale and kept in contact personally every day with updates and suggestions to better present the property to the clients. Rob successfully orchestrated the auction event between myself and the buyer calmly and efficiently to obtain the best outcome for me. Although I haven't been in the property market for some time, I have been recently and and since the sale of my place and Rob has been the best real estate person I have dealt with over the past 50days. I would highly recommend Rob Stewart for your up and coming sale / purchase.
Robb hasn't had any property sale activity in the last 12 months
