My husband and I worked with Robbie and Karl recently to sell our home and really can’t say enough good things about these guys. There are so different in every way but together provide the perfect combo you would look for in agents. During our first meeting they were both enthusiastic and well prepared, and every interaction we had with them after that was the same. They proposed an efficient sale process, arranged for the video and photographs and gave us good and thoughtfully critical advice throughout the whole process. They are knowledgeable, honest, personable, extremely dedicated, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with their time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends). They answered every question and explained every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Selling a home in this market is challenging, but working with these guys made it as painless and straightforward as possible. Going through this process for the first time, we felt tremendously grateful for their guidance. They were both professional and responded quickly whether by phone email or text. Also important to me was the fact that they put absolutely no pressure on us and provided information in an even-handed, non-judgmental manner. Bottom line – I can’t imagine having a more positive experience and recommend them without reservation to anyone looking to sell.
