Robbie sold my mum's house for which I was executor. We (one of my sisters and I) spoke to him and another two agents. Robbie was extremely keen, was well prepared for our initial chat and was not put off by some issues (cracking in the walls) and offered suggestions of strategies to sell the house. It was possibly going to be bought as a knock down or else a renovation project. Robbie is one of the most passionate agents I have met (I have had 12 years of renovation projects and developing as well as investing in property) and very very personable and honest. He and his PA were ready to help in any way when preparing the house for sale. After some excellent marketing and just a couple of weeks of home opens Robbie was able to achieve an excellent result.
