Robbie handled the purchase of an “off market” beachside property for us in Peregian recently. The circumstances were very challenging and the negotiations extremely protracted (thorough no fault of Robbie), but he worked extremely hard and ended up getting a fantastic result for us. We were so pleased that we gave him the listing for the sale of our other property and was similarly very happy with the service he provided to us on that sale too.
Robbie was a great agent for us in a pretty tough market. The sale took longer than we thought due to market conditions but Robbie was professional and positive throughout. He knew we would get the sale if we were patient and he was correct. The end result was extremely pleasing and we couldn’t recommend Robbie more. He knows the Peregian market like the back of his hand and is a great communicator, constantly keeping us updated. We’ve known Robbie a long time and didn’t consider anyone else when we decided to sell. He also handles the purchase of another property for us and was similarly diligent and professional.

We were impressed by the professionalism of Robbie who kept us up to date as he successfully negotiated the meeting point between the asking price and what we were prepared to pay for the property. The team of Robbie, Melisa, Selina and Joel worked well together to enable the various steps of the purchase including a 6 month lease for the original owners to stay in the property as they carried out renovations on their new home. Using the DocuSign software we were able to exchange contracts while we were travelling with no need to attend the office to complete this step. That was such an advantage and I would not hesitate to recommend this agent from a buyer's perspective.
