The sale of my Mums house went well and a decision was made quickly, we did get written confirmation but I believe Communication could have been a lot better, I was the one who had to ring Robbie 3 weeks later to confirm that he actually received the deposit for the house for we didn’t receive a receipt ( until after I rang ) letting us know that the deposit was paid, just a phone call or text straight away from Robbie confirming the deposit was paid would have helped considerably, it’s been a long Settlement being a deceased estate, it’s now in the Solicitor’s hand and I’m still waiting to hear from them re Settlement.

Robbie practically had my property sold before it hit the market and negotiated the sale at the best price based on the current market value. Great work Robbie, thanks heaps. Jeff
