Firstly, I’m a difficult vendor, a tough nut to crack, and terribly cautious around ANY salesman. But with Robbie, I felt confident he was being upfront. A very personable gentleman, and a great negotiator. Robbie and his team have their system down to a fine art. The communication is great, their willingness to guide us through the process was unwavering and their understanding of the market is wonderful. I spoke to other agents, some made crazy price promises, others did the opposite with crazy LOW numbers (all the while boasting how they conveniently always exceed expectations). Robbie didn’t fuss with that stuff, he simply showed me a solid process that just made sense. When we began, that’s precisely what he and his team did. And it WORKED. We had a very unique dual occupancy home that placed it at the high end of the suburb price range. Despite a strong market, we expected it to take just a bit longer than the average sale. But that wasn’t the case………. Robbie worked his magic and it was sold from the first open home. And in turn we secured our beautiful new home by the beach.
