Rob was great to work with. He responded within minutes to my first text and continued to 'speak' with me throughout a Sunday! Which I was surprised about but very grateful for. Throughout my dealings with Rob, he was quick to reply to any questions and explained procedures and other questions thoroughly so I fully understood each process as we navigated the purchase of the property
