Choosing a real estate company to sell your home is a difficult task. We found Robert Bagala and his staff at First National to be very kind and courteous during this process and not overbearing. Robert and his staff did an amazing job in helping us prepare for the sale of our parent’s much loved family home, whilst also listening to our requests. Robert needed to communicate with family members around the country. He and his staff were always only a phone call away and were always very professional and personable in keeping us all informed. Robert’s knowledge of this location was second to none and he and all his staff went above and beyond to enable the extremely successful sale of our home.
As far as choosing which real estate agent to go with, it was mainly potluck. Of the five agents that visited, I only rejected one (because he kept checking his smart-watch). Robert and Jordan were friendly and keen to help, even with things like putting out the bins when the house was vacant, so we went with them. It ended up being a good choice. They kept us in the loop, gave us detailed progress reports and answered all our questions promptly - and when it came to the auction, the price ended up exceeding our expectations - we could only be happy with that.
