Robert sold our home when we moved several years ago. I found him to be friendly, professional and he achieved a top sale price. We were very satisfied. When it came to selling my deceased parent's house I was cold canvassed, before we were ready to sell, by 2 agents who both proved to be most unimpressive. I called Robert seeking an appraisal only. What a difference! He arrived, dossier prepared of research he'd already done on the property and sales in the area. His presentation impressed my brother immediately (what I'd expected) and we signed on the spot for him to handle the sale. At auction unfortunately we only received a vendor bid and the property was passed in. Robert commenced negotiations with one of the potential buyers and received an offer. He could have easily called it quits at this and collected his commission. But no, during the afternoon he pursued another lead who was not at the auction. At the end of the day he had obtained an offer $50K above the vendor bid at auction after negotiating with the two parties. Great job, well done.
