Hi had the opportunity of buying a house from Rob and selling one , the house that was for sale never even got to market 2 phone calls and a contract was signed. One of the easiest transactions in selling a house but where Rob exceeded was taking care of some maintenance items and trades, he even unblocked the sink when it wouldn't work on the client walk through.It is the little things that make Rob the great salesman that he is !
