After the quick sale of our first propert on Thompson road it was a no brainer to trust Robert with the sale of our family home in Wilga St. Robert guided me through the process and negotiated a great outcome for all. Robert is a very calm and professional agent that I would recommend to anyone. Thanks again Robert.

very good at what he dose

Robert did a great job selling our property in Hanwood. Could not be happier with the way he does business, in fact we've just asked him to sell our family home as well. Thanks Robert

Robert was professional and to the point at all times. He kept me informed throughout the 4 weeks to auction and allowed me to make my own decisions on all points with his advice and guidance. I would/will surely engage Robert for my next sale or purchase.

I was very happy with the service provided by Rob. The whole process was quick and effortless and I was very happy with the sale price. He was also able to liaise effectively with my tenants.

Robert presents with traditional methods to sell your house, he has a strong understanding of the market and what your house needs to ensure that you get the best price for your investment. A sale was obtained quickly and settlement was completed within a negotiated time frame. Due to my location being interstate he was able to provide strong communication which made me feel included in each step of the sale and the confidence that i was making to correct and informed decisions. I would not hesitate to refer Robert from Rawlinson and Brown to any of my family or friends. Thank you for your support.

After engaging Robert to sell our property, it quickly became clear that he was one of the best in his profession. everything we asked was met with enthusiasm and professionalism, there is not much more we could have asked for in a real estate agent. Thank you Robert.

I was extremely satisfied with the professional advise, negotiation and subsequent action that was provided to me from Robert re my purchase of 21 Murphy Cres, Griffith NSW. His local knowledge of the real estate market in Griffith is second to none and his ability to deliver efficient sales action is I believe why he has such a large and loyal client base. I would have no hesitation in purchasing my next investment property with Robert as my agent!

We recently purchased a Home from Robert. We then sold our home with Robert and from start to finish in both instances his Communication and Knowledge of the Market was excellent.

I am more then happy to recommend this agent to anyone. Buying a house is stressful enough but Robert, even though he was working for the vendor, didn't hesitate to help me with any questions I had. He was very easy to approach at any time and nothing was ever a problem. When buying or selling a property he is the person with the knowledge and know how. I have no hesitations what so ever in recommending this agent...

Rob provided me excellent advice and knowledge which ensured I was confident and happy in my property purchase.

We recently entrusted the sale of our home in Robert Cavallaro. The level of communication, effort, honesty and professionalism was second-to-none. Robert was always a pleasure to deal with. We would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone thinking of selling a property.
