Robert is calming in his approach and manner. He also has strong communication skills and always kept me up-to-date with the market and feedback given to him by potential buyers. Although I have known Robert for a short period of time he proved himself to be a conscientious, punctual and diligent person striving to achieve the best outcome.

I am not willing to say Robert is a bad agent, in his area he is probably good. I gave a lot of time and money to sell my property and got a very poor result. I felt for the majority of the six weeks I gave him to sell my house that we were low tier clients. He was unable to build any excitement in the market and this was reflected in the open houses and auction day. In the end the property was sold for at least $50k but probably closer to $100k less than it should have and $120k less than he indicated from the start. Needless to say I will not use Robert again and have trouble recommending his service
