Rob has been excellent to deal with from the beginning of the process of selling our unit, plus other properties. He kept us informed the whole way and would phone with updates after open inspections, when advertising was being placed in the newspaper etc. It has been a smooth process throughout the selling period and we would highly recommend Rob as an agent to sell their property.

Rob overall approach in selling my mothers unit was excellent. The unit was somewhat difficult to value due to its location and lack of similar properties. The strategy of auction with disclosed reserve worked well. During the inspection period leading up to the auction Rob provided regular verbal updates on number of inspections, likely prospects etc. The final negotiations with the eventual buyer were handled well - Rob was firm on the price and that was what was achieved. Many an agent would have tried to get us to accept an offer close to our price. The additional agents commission to Rob's company would have been negligible, however the additional $2k will enable the family to offset legal costs and other expenses.

We are extremely pleased and satisfied with the work that Rob and his team did in selling our property. From the time that we made initial contact, he gave advice which was accurate and thorough. His price indication, suggestions for preparing the property and for advertising and his insight into the process and the current state of the market were all provided with tact, accuracy and professionalism.
