Enter Superannuation access and Robert. Theres more to the back story but enough about me and more about the absolutely gallant Robert. Given the above I can only say Robert was an absolute hero. He knowledgeably answered all my nervous questions, providing solid local market knowledge and experience, he was prompt in responding and providing contact details so I could follow up certain matters with strata, prior to purchase. Robert worked with patience and understanding on both the needs and emotions of myself and the owner to come to a mutually agreeable settlement. Robert then went above and beyond to guide me through the stages of purchase, conveyance to the point of ownership and Keys, as I was unfamiliar with the process. In what can be a cut throat industry, I fond Robert to be warm, personable, genuine gentleman and have no reservation in recommending him. I also take this opportunity to wish him all the very best.

Robert made the whole process of purchasing our new home a great experience. He was always responsive to any questions we had day or night, being able to guide us through the whole process with minimal stress.

My husband and I found Robert and his team absolutely fantastic. Nothing was a bother and what is a stressful time he made it easy and not stressful at all.
