He did his best to provide relevant market info as well as professional insights. However, advertising a property as ready to move in when it isn't, is something we are very unhappy about. We the buyers pay the price for inadequate due diligence, however it is also the responsibility of the agent to ensure appropriate evidence is supplied by the sellers to prove the adequate state of their property. Especially on older properties.
