We had a great experience working with Robert Dean. He gave good advice on how to best present our property. He also has a good team of tradespeople he can recommend to help with jobs around the property to make it look it’s best. Really appreciate them. He worked really hard, at the right time, to sell our property. Thanks very much Robert.
Robert made the whole process really straight forward and easy for us as buyers, no time wasting and a happy result for both parties. Highly recommend!
Robert Dean is an exceptional real estate agent who obtained an excellent price for our property. Indeed, he sold our house in one day! His regular communication with us, and his ready availability, made the whole process of selling stress free. His knowledge and extensive experience of the local real estate industry are outstanding. His professionalism is second to none. We sincerely thank Robert Dean and his team for the positive experience.
From our first meeting with Robert we felt comfortable and confident that he would work for us as vendors. His attention to detail, together with his very experienced professional and friendly team, was first class. He made the whole exercise of us selling our home easy and uncomplicated. We would have no hesitation in recommending Robert Dean and his team to anyone who is thinking of selling. Thank you Robert.
We listed our house with another agent about 18 months ago prior to Covid 19 and were unable to get the price we wanted. We took the house off the market when Covid hit. Robert had another house on the market near us so I gave him a call to see if he had anyone that would be interested in ours. He came and had a look at our house and within a week he brought through a family. We had a contract within 7 days at our asking price. Robert has been so easy to deal with and he always answers your calls. Thank you, Robert.
I found Robert to be very professional with lots of good advice without going over the top, unlike other agents I had spoken to. The whole experience was easy with as less stress as possible. A huge thank you to Robert Dean and team.
In a heated Brisbane market, I had reservations, but Robert Dean impressed because of his proactive marketing and then his timely handling of my offer followed by my counter offer to buy. He was genuinely happy for me when my offer was accepted. He and his colleague Susie were more than generous with arranging access for me to revisit the property whilst settlement was pending. My experience with the Dean team was the best! I would recommend them unreservedly.
We found Robert to be very professional and very prompt. The feedback we received from Robert and Susie was instantaneous, we were given a detailed summary after each inspection from prospective buyers. Susie was extremely helpful with her expertise knowledge also. Even before we signed with Robert he was always available to take our calls and offer market advice. We were thrilled with the little gifts they would leave behind after inspections. We certainly would recommend Robert Dean and Team to anyone who was thinking of selling, as we found their service second to none.
