Upon requesting an audience with Robert Dempster in the view of making him our agent, he suggested a few ways of increasing the saleablity of the property. Being a little set in our ways, we embarked on viewing displays in Display Homes and through a Summit display home it was suggested we contact a person to act as an interior decorator. With an $8,000.00 Granite Transformations in the Kitchen and new curtains and bedding and room display items, we were ready to sell. It took while, but Roberts initial suggestions and a little research, we finally achieved a sale.
