Everything ran smoothly until I realised that the contract had the wrong address on it. I am now in the process of getting this corrected before my bank issues my loan documents which has caused a bit of an unnecessary delay. I don’t believe this is an agent error but I wish this was picked up earlier before the contract of sale were issued out to potential buyers.
