We had heard through anecdotal discussions that Rob was good to " deal with" as and agent and obtained good results for vendors. Rob was attentive and open to frank discussion with us about a plan to market our home. He gives the impression of being experienced and in touch with the market situation. As a vendor you probably expect more but we accepted his opinion as to the present value of our home.
