I found Rob to be spot on with my sale, nothing was too much trouble for him, even though he could never get me on my phone, he just kept trying. I was very happy with the price I got for my home, and feel Rob's valuation was just right. Always willing and very polite. Couldn't have picked a better man to do the job.
Rob was very easy to deal with and was as motivated to sell our house as we were. He assisted in organising a couple small jobs to ensure the house was presented well to any prospective buyer, which took the pressure off us in doing them ourselves. He has a panel of tradies/handymen that suited our budget. In the 8 days it took to be under contract, I had several phone calls reporting on inspections that were conducted.
