Unfortunately it would seem that we put our house on the market at a bad time which resulted in us selling it for much less than that which it was estimated to be worth at the time of putting it up for sale. This was disappointing but the fact that Rob kept us up to date with recent trends and that he is so easy to get along with and responds to messages in a timely manner made the losses easier to live with.
