We had viewed numerous properties with Rob over a period of time and when Rob suggested this property we were sold Although there were many difficulties along the way, since agreeing to purchase back in March due to no fault of Rob's he fought and persisted on our before to make sure we obtained the dream Town House we wanted I could not recommend Rob enough, without his professionalism negotiation abilities and never give attitude we now have the Town House under construction as we speak.
