We were incredibly grateful and pleased with the way Rob went about everything. He was up front and followed through on everything that was agreed to. He negotiated a better than expected price for the property! Rob was easy going, but professional, hopeful without being carried and offered a healthy perspective on the market at the time. Rob takes the time to have the personal conversations which I believe adds another level of authenticity which was important for us as an organisation at this time. We were incredibly pleased - not only with the result that Rob achieved - but also with the way he engaged in conversation in a very personal way.
